Near the beach n la rumble
The lighting is bad , making the room older. It should use the soft bulb to show the stylish side of the declaration

I liked the proximity to the beach and also to bars, cafes and shops-It's location was fantastic. The reception was open all hours. the staff were friendly and the rooms clean.
I had previously emailed about parking however the people on the desk didnt seem to know where the best parking was-or anything about my email in which I was told there was suitable parking nearby-I wasnt told it would cost in excess on €30/day-this would have been useful!! The lady on the reception didnt speak any english and my spanish is poor-I'm just a tourist-she was friendly though. The rooms could be noisy sometimes however at this price i wouldn't expect much more from them and overall enjoyed my stay.

Hotel staff is polite and helpful, location is excellent (5min walk from La Rambla), rooms and bathrooms are kept more or less clean. Good choice if you're looking for something cheap and simple.

Nice and helpful personnell (they kept our bags for additional half a day, let us use the shower even after checking-out). Good location in terms of point in the city. Rather clean, good bathroom.
Quite small room (not the one from pictures!), no any style. High level of noise during the night (bars in the close neighbourhood, traffic etc.).

The hotel is very close to the Beach. Within a short walk you end up in Barceloneta.
The family Room we stayed is indeed a room. Pay attention, it's a room with 6 beds, so somehow like a dorm in which everybody sleeps. It is quite noisy in the night because it's in the Ciutat Vella, where there are always something going on despite the time of the day. So prepare your ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Expensive and very over priced for grotty facilities old decor old tiled floors, loud street noise and smelly drains and cleaning ladies that complain when you lie in. I understand that this place advertises itself as a basic hostel that is secure in a good location and does what it says and they did get the Wi Fi fixed after the first night but I feel this hotel would be good value if it was half the price I paid and I feel ripped off.

Location is the only advantage. I was on boat show so it is 100 m away from the hotel.
No heating in november - very cold at night. toilets only in the corridor, not in room.

Our 3-bed room turned out to be a 5-bed room so it was very big. The room had a bathroom so we didn't have to share with anyone else. The hostel was close to las ramblas, only 5 minutes by foot.
The hot water came and went while taking a shower. The room wasn't very clean, the bathroom fan was full of dust. The neighborhood was pretty scary, especially at night. We almost got mugged several times.

L'unica cosa positiva riscontrata è la posizione!
-- ---Totally bad - - - ! appena siamo arrivati ci hanno fatto pagare 2 notti in contanti(una l'avevo già pagata con mastercard), abbiamo richiesto I letti separati per 3 maschi e nulla ,1 matrimoniale e 1 singolo, porta del bagno che rimaneva aperta=rotta, acqua bagno nn sempre calda. personale che continuava a chiederci soldi in contanti per pagare ogni volta che ci vedeva(solitamente si paga alla fine ovunque), vergogna pensione segre!!, Non è così che si lavora con mancanza di fiducia nel cliente, l'ultimo giorno eravamo in leggero ritardo(45min) per il check out e si sono messi ad urla, ho dovuto sganciare 10euro per fare star zitta quella strega della pulizie! Non andate fidatevi, it's a bad place!

Very good location, the rooms are good value for money, the cleaniness was ok
There was nothing bad about the hotel considering its price. Just don't expect a 3-star house...

Noisy outside at night. Our triple room was not ready for our first night and we had to use a double room + extra bed !
